I do like the slots. Something different than normal RTG. What I don't like is the fact that minimum withdrawl is $350.00.....I faxed my docs since I was lucky enough to come up with $350 for a withdrawal. Faxed my docs....I went to the casino and my withdrawal was reversed. I went to Live Chat (which took about 10 min to get thru) and they stated they need a color copy of my ID?????Huh??? Has this happened to anyone else. Never heard of having to send a color copy...And can you actually fax in color? Don't know....

Sorry, I know $350 seems high but there are a lot of the casinos that have that minimum for checks. If you can find another way of withdrawing the minimums are lower. oor

I don't get checks anywhere I play, except Slotland..I can get a check for $100.....For me being in the US, I can only do wiretransfer or ACH for withdrawals...

Iamgambler, the way I do it is scan my id through my all in one printer, it has a scanner and fax on it. When you scan it, it will be in color. Then save the image to where you can find it and email them and attach it to the email. I never fax I always email attachments. I have a fax machine but don't know how to work the darn thing, lol. Congrats on your withdrawal!

TY for the info, but don't have a scanner. Have to go to the store and have it faxed.....Talked to chat again.....cuz it just says on the docs that I just have to have a visible copy of my ID...will see how all goes...I have hope!!

Hope you can sort it out Iamagambler, I only ever scan myself, it might be worth investing in one of those all in one printers - I got one earlier this year for $40.

Was just about to say that, I bought mine for like $49 at Walmart a few years ago. Good investment!
