Yes, the e-mail was not from casino, so it is not a personal code.
Lucky Red is a part of Club World Group. Right?
If so, we do know, that no deposit codes only work for those who have never deposited. I thought I am depositing player there too, but I checked in Cashier's history and turns out I have had not.
I did not download from the e-mail. I had this casino on my computer for a couple months now. So, you don't have to download from aff link.

if you ever receive offer by emails that offer free chips dont download from them, they are just scummy affiliates that spam everyone, its best to find forums like this if you want to download a casino, or go direct to the casino site,
at least if you download from somewhere like this you will be able to get somesort of help if you run into problems,

all the spammers that mass mail everyone trying to get people to sign up through there links should be put in a field and shot, the bas ds

I agree with You. I did not download from the link in the e-mail. For the same reason I posted direct link to casino.
When said : " don't have to download from aff link" it was in response to comment from judyb57: " The free $15 is an affiliate code for those that download from their banner I am sure".

I should have warned people not to download from e-mail , if they would receive one as well.

I got that too. Actually I have been getting alot of emails like that lately..they look very real as if from the casino and they really aren't .

downloaded once from an email and had a Trojan Horse. It tried to take all my banking information, and my web sites as well as blocked all my casino accounts. Very Frightning Experience!!

As far as chips, yes, it is from spam emails and 99% of the time for new players only. The other matter, if you are the type to use too many chips they will block your account from futher use. It is called casino whoreing. Jumping from one bonus to another or using more than one code from different web affiliates.

I have talked to the manager once already about this spammy stuff and now I will once again mail with a link to this thread. I agree this is a good program that needs to get a leash on the spamming affiliates. Also some use cloaking codes so you don't see the aff tag and it will appear to come from the casino instead.

i also reported the ones i got to the affiliate manager, last week
he said he had closed the affiliates account, and they wouldnt be paid and if was still receiving them there wasnt much he could do, since i received several yesterday from the same affiliate aff=486, there are two possibilities,
either the affiliate doesnt check his email to know his account has been closed or the manager has done nothing , ???????????
