I tried making a deposit at "SLotocash" last night (The Rival) version. I received an error saying something about a "Backend error". I tried again this morning and it came back insuffient funds" I went to my Netspend account and there 2 withdrawls from Slotocash taken out. I contacted live support and she said that even though a transaction is declined the bank will put those funds on hold. She said it could take 5 days to show back up in my account. Pissed off!! Has anyone have this happen to them?

By the way the transaction shows up as deplates.com so I went to the website and it is plates for your cell phone. who makes this transaction up? Is it the casinos or Netspend

lkvikings, its the processors that make the names up. lol But, yes this has happened to me a few times when slotocash was Rival and it took 7 days to go back onto my netspend card. Bummer this is still happening to people.

Sorry you are having trouble with this. With all this cyber banking things do get messed up sometimes. They have to use those weird names because the banks will not let gambling go through.

That is the whole gambling issue in the US hon. If they knew it was for gambling they could close your account and everything. That is why QuickTender is no longer available. :think

Had it happen twice in the past week at SlotoCash and once, at Buzzluck it took double deposit.Took $50 instead of $25. All of these transactions were with my PP MC.Took 3 days to go back on my card from SlotoCash. There was nothing I could do about the Buzzluck deposit. I am a little afraid of depositing now.

I guess I was being a little sarcastic. Maybe I am off base but I think that Netspend has to know but wants everyone to think they don't. Just my thoughts.

lkvikings hon, it has happened to me as well but that was a longtime ago. No you dont have
to contact anyone...it just shows back up on the card. Sorry it happened to you.
I only play at jackpot capital and sisters, inetbet and sometimes clubworld now and no where else.
if i ever cashout i go for the check and cash it at walmart for 3 bucks. Fast and easy.

Ok - We are going 10 days now and still no money back on my card. I contacted Sloto Cash again and they told me to send them my statement. I refuse to send them my account statement, esp. over the internet. MY money has now been tied up for over a week and not my fault. Totally PO'D!!!!

I don't know how much your transaction was for but if it is under 100.00 it goes back on in 7 days. If it is 100.00 or over it goes back on in 30 days. If it has been longer than that for those amounts then you need to have the casino trace it down. I know when it happened to me once at inet I copy and pasted from my netspend. They told me it would go back. When it dropped out of the pending stage I emailed and told them I was billed and they credited my account. Good luck!

Well I forwarded my Netspend statement to Slotocash (did not want to do that) and they are STILL looking into it. It was under 100.00 and still not on my NS account. I really believe it is a processor error therefore I do not believe NS can help. I just received an e-mail from Sloto and they said they are still looking into it. They also asked me if I wanted the credit to be applied to my Slotocash account or put back on my card in which they informed me that it could take 30 days to send back to NS. I opted for them to apply to my account at Slotocash but not really thrilled with that choice. 3 weeks now...and still waiting.

Now that you sent them the statement they should be able to credit you pretty quick. I know it makes things difficult when this happens and all you want to do is play and have some enjoyment. Three weeks is a long time to wait. Hope you see your money in your account tomorrow. Good luck!

Well I actually sent them my statement on Monday, 5 days ago, and still nothing so I feel that I have waited long enough. I am just really frustrated with this casino group right now. Between this and my withdrawl problems with Desert NightsI am getting a little ticked off.

Does anyone load their NS card online with the instant bank transfer. I have been trying all morning and it says instant bank transfer unavailable , try again later.
