I went to re-load money onto my Netspend last night and the clerk used Green DOT instead of Netspend. It took it and printed out a receipt with a PIN #. I got home and tried to call Green Dot but there is no phone # that can get you to a customer service person unless you have a valid card #-which I do not.
So why would Green Dot accept money for a card that was swipped and is not one of their cards? unbelivable!!. Has anyone had this happen to them? I did try to E-mail them and they told me to call them - with the phone # that doesn't work for me.
