I went to re-load money onto my Netspend last night and the clerk used Green DOT instead of Netspend. It took it and printed out a receipt with a PIN #. I got home and tried to call Green Dot but there is no phone # that can get you to a customer service person unless you have a valid card #-which I do not.

So why would Green Dot accept money for a card that was swipped and is not one of their cards? unbelivable!!. Has anyone had this happen to them? I did try to E-mail them and they told me to call them - with the phone # that doesn't work for me.

I have no clue, sorry. However, I would go back to where they messed up and make them fix it!

oh so sorry that happened... sorry but you have to go back to the store that made the error and have them fix it for you.... good luck!
