Wanted me to say hello to all the Streakchicks and members who've been with her for months!!
I thought it was a good time to post to you guys, before I get her up and start the daily routine.
Her mind is sharp. (miracle) coming out of a coma.. Her body has to re-learn to do EVERYTHING! so, all of us are RAGGED! I had time off which was soooo necissary, her kids are pulling together and giving her the best care we can. Still, we are going to find someone or one's next month that can come in and stay w/her 5 days a week. Someone thats trained and can do more for her then we can and save all of our sanity and relationships. This is no job for one of us at a time. Just getting her in and outta bed, changing and dressing her, is really a 2 person job!
We are bestfriends and she has taught me love!! It's hard on us, but I have so much empathy and sympathy for her, she knows she can "get over" on me way more than my Sis or Bro!!!
Ok, I'm off to help Virginia start her day! Love to you all, from Virginia and me too! :friends
