Hi all, I am sooooo upset, I got free spins from casinous but when i logged in, it said my account is locked and to refer to error 107. I talked to support and it wasnt them that locked it, it was Microgaming. Have no idea why, support said it has happened to other people too. I had to send my id and anouther document and support is waiting to hear from them. Then to top it off I got the free spins for Royal Joker and the same thing happened.. i'll let you know what happens and no I dont have multiple accounts. I did get the free spins at Go wild. Has this happened to any one else?

I live in a banned state so that happened to me at all the Microgaming Casinos a long time ago, lol. Have you tried Villento, Rich Reels and Red Flush?

If you have not logged in for a while that could cause problems, perhaps. Do you live close to a banned state? That could cause trouble too.

Hi Judy, no im not in a banned state and i've been playing at both casinos forever. in fact i had just deposited at casino us. Guess ill just have to wait and see

had this problem at royal joker because i have had viruses and cleaned my computer when i log back in had error code 107 his has happened go me about 4 times so after the 2nd time i wrote down the instructions they gave me so now if it happens i put myself back on...only takes 5min...

call royal joker and they will talk u through the process..
