We've just learned Michael Jackson has died. He was 50.

Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon and paramedics were unable to revive him. We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.

Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

Jackson had 13 number one hits during his solo career.

Story developing...

I think it's so, even though the news here won't say just yet.......

Couple things... If and when- he's gonna be accountable for a few things. I wouldn't want to be behind him on Judgement day! zippedlips

Maybe Sir Paul McCartney can buy back the Beetles catalouge- he taught Michael some of the business.... Too well! He bought all the Beetles music!

AND- Some ditzy news anchor compaired HIS fans to fans of the GRATEFUL DEAD :laugh:laugh (crack head)!!!

UPDATE--- Now they say he's in a COMA

A coma? really? I just read he was dead... I am shocked... I think he is/was a very sweet man, a genius, someone who made the world feel better... My prayers go to him and his family.

:sadlyI am in total disbelief right now! I literally feel sick and am in contant tears. Michael Jackson has played a major role of my musical inspiration. I grew up listening to him since I was very very young (my mother idolized him). He was one of the main reasons why I wanted a career in music. I would never think that something like this would ever happen...not in a million years! We have lost Farrah Fawcett earlier, which she is considered an icon...but I never thought we would lose THE icon, The King of Pop.

He will always be the King of Pop to me.

The Jackson 5 was the first concert I ever attended. I won the tickets on a local radio station and got so excited I ran completely through the screen door on my way to tell my Dad. Michael Jackson and I were both born in 1958 I saw him when I was 13 . It is a sad thing to lose such talent even is he was surrounded with the problems and controversy the last few years. All of the children of the 70's will mourn his lose
