Lucky Red withdrawl

I requested a withdrawl from Lucky Red casino over the weekend and it hasn't even been processed yet. My doc's have already been approved from a previous withdrawl last month. If you go to the cashier's section it says that withdrawls should be processed within 24 hours. Tomorrow it will be 72 hours. I contacted Live Chat and they should sorry but the cashier is very busy. I know this group is highly recommended and I can honestly say that I really like playing there because they have a low deposit minimum but it seems that lately there have been alot of complaints when it comes to withdrawls. I am trying to be understanding but if they process my withdrawl tomorrow then it will be another 5 days until it hits my card so that takes it into next week.

Clubworld group doesn't do withdrals over the weekend maybe that's why it takes so long

That is exactly right. If you withdraw on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, do not expect it to be processed until Tuesday at least.

well, not sure what is up with Club World group lately, however, i always get paid. The recent issue was my fault, but the latest issue, i won on another free chip, took me contacting them this morning to get it processed, it had been a full week and was still sitting there. I contacted them this morning, and they processed it right then.

I got the deposit today on my NS but now I guess mt account is locked. When I logged into NS the money is my account but it gives me a message that I have to call Customer Service. Not quite sure what to say to them if they ask what it is? Any ideas. I guess I will contact Lucky Red and see what they say. I know Winter had the same problem.
