Looking for opinions on this.

I was wondering if any one has any opinions on whether casinos should be held accountable when they don't reward players for being loyal depositors.....

HERE IS WHY I'm asking......

angryI am incredibly disappointed!!! I am a regular depositor at a number of online casinos and poker rooms at minimum I make $600 in deposits a week, and only received 2 birthday gifts one of $2 at ALL Bingo Club (ALL SLOTS bingo room) and $5 from Jackpot Factory. I Guess I need to re-evaluate how I spend my money..... I now seriously feel like a very unappreciated loyal player at my regular casinos, makes me wonder if I should play at them at all!!!!angry

I would really appreciate some input from fellow players.

I know how you feel.. I didn't do to bad. Intertops 15 slotocash 30 club player 50 Hot pepper 25 and a couple others.
I think you need to write down a list of things you want and chat or call the casino and if they don't meet your list don't deposit there!
I was pretty upset when a casino I deposited over 4000.00 in 4 months and was almost a platinum member which takes a gazillion points to get.
Over a hounded thousand anyway told me I didn't meet the criterion for a Birthday bonus..
Needless to say I was pissed and I really doubt I will ever give them a dime again.
I won't say the name because I never asked them about B-Day bonus and they are a Sponcer here. Anyway thats my opinion...mos

Here is just my opinion. Firstly, none of the casinos have to give you anything for being a loyal player. Land based casinos don't give birthday bonuses, or match bonuses for that matter. I do understand your disappointment though, it would be nice to be acknowledged for being a loyal player. I would send them a friendly email and just ask. If they say no, move on to your next favorite casino. I have been rewarded by some and some not. So basically, the ones that do treat me well, I stay with and avoid the ones that don't.

Why not pick another casino or two to play at and skip your regulars for a bit and they will start to miss you I bet. Be sure to use our banners when downloading so we can reward you in our own ways as well

I must say I receive an incredible amount of things from land casinos. Mandalay Bay.... Has paid travel expenses given thousands in restaurant comps....Plus rooms and tickets to boxing and concerts that would be otherwise unattainable... The tropicana in Atl City gives me many things as well as the vegas hard rock..... So I disagree on that point.... Even foxwoods gave me $100 on my players card this year 4 my birthday.

I stick with these casinos because I know I will get paid..... I rarely even take deposit bonuses, many times it seems they dont care about whether I play there or not.... I've become discouraged with online gaming.... I really hope they reverse uigea and allow US based online casinos.... I think we would see much more in player appreciation from them.

MMh424, I do realize some give those kinds of treats and even have cards to load points on, I was just referring to match bonuses and freebies. Some of us can't even go to a land based casino. If I could afford Vegas, I'd be there too. lol
My grandparents get lots of invites for overnights and such but rarely do they ever get freebies. And I wish they would allow all us players to play so that I can see more of my streaker friends names on leaderboards and jackpot wins. Like Chris said, avoid the ones you normally play at and they will miss you.

Thank you all for your input..... I appreciate very much you taking the time to respond! If my reply sounded rude lucky I apologize I was angry with the casinos not you. I did send emails to 4 of my casinos/poker rooms..... Intertops gave me $50 I closed 2 accounts due to the nature of the responses I received from certain casinos which I will not name since they are both sponsors here. And am still waiting for a reply from the other.

I think the problem is defining what is loyal.. it's like defining what is normal

What may be considered loyal to one casino may not be considered loyal to another.

and at the same token what may be considered loyal to you.. may not be considred loyal to the casino
