There's a saying in Hollywood that there's no such thing as bad publicity. So Miley is being rewarded for her antics by being on the prime time news. Some punishment.

I hope this holds a light to the overt sexuality that is being foisted upon younger and younger girls today. Just look at all of the "twerking" videos posted on Youtube--I saw one with a child as young as 8! It's not just Miley, look to your children and grandkids and start putting pressure on the entertainment media to clean up their acts!

i agree with you Luck3Sevens, and this was exactly the reaction/attention she was wanting. that performance was disgusting and tacky but i'm sure it's just a phase, most young girls go through it. she is just lucky or i guess unlucky enough to be in the spotlight while she's in this phase,lol.. and hopefully she will grow out of it cus it's not a good look for her.. or anyone for that matter

i'm more upset about the fact that she is considered talented in the music world and was asked to perform
