I haven't gotten anything for a couple of months

Yes you are correct, the monthly mailers have not been sent out for the past few months, and we have no knowledge that this will type of promotion will be renewed anytime soon. I would like to point out that even when the mailers were being sent it was always to a different targeted group of players each time.
