Is this the norm?

I won a 155.00 from a free chip at a RTG Casino over the weekend. I requested the withdrawl on Sunday. Got an E-mail Monday that my withdrawl request was declined because they needed my documents (totally cool with that). I scanned my docs. in and within a couples hours I received an E-ail that my docs. were approved and I should request my withdrawl again.

Now heres the part I don't get. I received an E-mail today that my withdrawl was denied again because I requested too much. I was elgible for 155.00 from the free chip so I requested 186.00 (withdrawl plus the amount of free chip) but I guess the bonus wasn't "sticky". So my question is why did they just not process my withdrawl and give me the 155.00 and clear the rest off of my balance? I have never had this happen to me. If I requested too much in the past at other casinos they would just give me the amount I was elgible for. Is this the norm? Not really complaining since this was from a free chip but now my withdrawl is delayed again for another day.

I actually had the same thing myself, except they just altered the withdrawal to the correct amount and approved it.

I've had it done both ways. It does irk me though that they don't just remove the sticky bonus from the withdrawal and give you the rest. And you can't know until you've gone through it to know how they handle them. Congrats on your win though.

Strange indeed, I thought any excess winnings were automatically removed by the software?

At least they did not confiscate your winnings..

Congrats on the cashout! MONy::
