Hi friends, I am not very happy right now. I made a deposit with V-R (Rival) and managed to cashout off my deposit plus the 20% cashable reload bonus on the 4th of this month. I went and flushed it and would have had it by tonight/tomorrow had someone NOT put it back in my account!! I logged in lastnight to see if it had been proccesed yet..it hadnt so i thought ok..another day and i will have it to send to my bank and pay more bills. Well i checked again and big as day there it sat in my account!! Went to chat and was told to withdrawl again so i did and it is now back to be proccesed. I asked why this happened and was told i have no idea, then i was told the person flushed it for me. I said thank you but will this be for the 4th still or does it start today?? Guess what? There was no answer and then i got so and so will be with you shortly thank you for your patience. Soooo i waited and a few minutes later i got..you might have lost comunication with (Name) Please wait while we connect you with another agent! WHAT! I just closed it and came straight here to vent. Anyone else ever have this happen? I had made all playthrough and max cashout on my 50 plus 20% bonus was 500 x.
