Has anybody else been having trouble logging onto the Intertops casino software lately?

For the past few days, I have been getting the following error message when trying to log on:

"We are unable to log you in. Please contact our customer service desk for further assistance quoting Reference Number 107"

So far, this problem will last for a few hours at a time and then I will be able to log in normally. I get this message with the Intertops Casino, Royal Joker Casino, and Intertops Poker Client. (I can still log into the sportsbook just fine.) I e-mailed customer service when I first got this message, but they just replied that I would need to call for assistance. I didn't bother to do this, because by that time I was able to log in again. But since then this problem has occurred three more times.

What I'm afraid of is that this is Microgaming implementing new IP banning software. I read somewhere online that somebody was getting this message as a result of living in a banned state. But I live in Arkansas, which has not been on the "banned state" list so far, unless something has changed recently?

Has anybody heard anything? Any information would be appreciated.

that's the message I got in the fall when Kentucky was banned... because I live in a neighboring state my ip address was blocked, and I'd receive that error code. I had to prove I did not reside there and Intertops unlocked my account.

There is another alternative if you do NOT live in a banned state... you can use a proxy site which lets you go stealth. Of course if you live in a banned state you'll never be able to withdraw, so it's only for people who are blocked because they're on the fringe area.

Hope that helps

Thanks, labell, apparently I am suffering the border state problem. I just spoke with customer service and it seems that my IP address is suddenly showing that I am in Louisiana instead of Arkansas-- even though I am in the Northwest corner of the state, some 300 miles from Louisiana!

The customer service rep said she would send my info to the techs tomorrow and try to get it fixed.

BTW, I hope I don't need it, but do proxies still work to access Microgaming? I read somewhere that they have incorporated a proxy detector into their IP locator software.

Thanks for the info!

Yes.
I had to resend them all of my id's and everything to show that I wasn't in a banned state.. in this instant ( Illinois) It wouldn't happen if I was at home but if I took my laptop to a friends house ( which is in the same town) then it would show me being in a neighboring state that was banned and 4 hours away from me
They had to have Microgaming unblock the IP address

I also have the same issue now with CasinoUS
