Interview with Roman from Intertops Red Casino
Vicki: On behalf of Streak Gaming, I'd like to both welcome & thank you for taking the time to talk with us about Intertops & Royal Joker casinos, Roman. Before we get to some questions from our forum members, I'd like for you to tell us a little bit about yourself, Intertops, & how you established your beginnings with them.
Roman: Hi Vicki, thank you very much for this kind invitation. Some words about me: I am heading the affiliate department of Intertops since 2006.
Intertops is the company that has accepted the first bet ever online in 1996 - more than 13 years ago. The Intertops Casino has been setting new standards since 1998. WAP betting is possible at Intertops since 2000. Poker was added to the broad variety in 2003, and since 2006 it is possible to play at the casino on the mobile phone. The Intertops Affiliate Program is voted the fastest paying affiliate program.
How did I come into the business? I made the concept and developed the first Virtual University for the Curtin Business School - a part of the Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Western Australia in 1999. I graduated at the Higher Technical College department of Electronic Data Processing and Business Administration with honors in 2000. In 2003 I built the business logic and led the software development for Affiliate Program as well as headed the marketing department of Global Player Casino.
Since I joined Intertops, I have done a lot of reformations to the affiliate program, and to the Casino. I was awarded the best affiliate manager title at the CAP-Awards in January and I am currently doing my executive masters of international business.
Vicki: Our first set of questions is relevant to deposits with the casinos. Pevangel would like to know:
"Why can we not deposit $10 with credit cards, but we can with our web wallets? Thank you again for taking the time to answer our questions. And of course thank you Vixen, STREAKGAMING and INTERTOPS rock"
Roman: All comes down to the money. We have to pay fix fees for every transaction. These fees are lower at the e-wallets and higher with credit cards. The different deposit minimums are purely because of economical reasons.
Vicki: Another member; mmh424; also has a question regarding deposits connected with bonuses.

I have brought this to customer service's attention to see if they could do something that would allow US players to have a similar bonus available to them for deposits using credit cards.... "My question is about how usa people can deposit with gift cards for several months at casinos the all of the sudden you can’t deposit w/ them no more, usually for about 3- 6 months, then never again. Intertops has always worked, but you transfer money from the sportsbook. Now for 3 weeks I have been able 2 deposit at royal joker but will that change in a month or so? Ty for your time and this was a great idea."
Roman: Payments is always a difficult question. We have a whole department that is doing nothing else… Banks in the United States, I think nobody really understands them J
Vicki: Our member labell has two questions regarding Royal Joker casino's connection with Intertops & the casino's withdrawal process. This is what she wrote:
"Hello Roman, what a fantastic casino you manage! I do have two questions however.... I am in the USA in case that makes a difference, but lots and lots of people here have gotten Royal Joker accounts - connected with the id from their Intertops account.... but I did not. Was it only selecting players?
Roman: Hi labell, no everybody got an account. Could you please send me your account details, and I will check what happened to your account.
The second question is regarding the length of time for withdrawals. At many of the Microgaming casinos I am able to "flush" my withdrawal and receive it into my qt account the very next day. Your policy of holding withdrawals in the cashier for 48 hours before it even starts to move is a real holdback for me. Is there any hope that in the future you'll process withdrawals more quickly? Roman: We are working on improving the withdrawal process at Royal Joker. These two casinos are using completely different banking systems. Ultimately a withdrawal at Royal Joker should take the same time like a withdrawal at Intertops.
Vicki: Three of our members would like for you to answer some questions they have about the casinos loyalty programs. The first is from our member elflady4747
"Hello Roman......I have become very loyal to Intertops and Royal Joker in the past month or so. I've received many bonuses and rewards from both casinos. My question to you is: How is it that Royal Joker is so generous with their loyalty and bonus programs but Intertops isn't so much? I'm not complaining mind you just wondering.

Roman: Intertops and Royal Joker should provide the player a completely different experience. So they are also using different Loyalty Systems. At Intertops you have Fantasy Golf and rake yards and miles that you can check on the website at Royal Joker you collect Royalties that you can review in the casino software.
Vicki: Another; related; question about the loyalty program from our member pevangel.

Thank you for taking the time to hear our questions and Thank you ok I’m with elflady4747 about the difference in loyalty points how fast or slow they go up is my issue, it seems like it’s taking forever for the loyalty points at Intertops to go up where royal joker they seem imo to go up much quicker. Roman: As said: They are two different systems with a different code base and way of calculating the points.
Vicki: And, the last from mmh424.
"I was also wondering if anyone has considered combining the loyalty programs for your two casinos? When royal joker opened I began depositing there right away then realized I was not receiving the same player status there that I was at Intertops as well as I was losing the status I previously had at Intertops, because I was now splitting my deposits and play between both casinos rather than having all my play count towards my status at one. So now I went back to only playing at Intertops..... Just an Idea!!!"
Roman: The plan is to have two different separated casinos and the user chooses which one he or she prefers. I don’t think we will combine the two, but I will keep it in mind.
Vicki: Our final question is from CALizzz. This is more on the lines of a personal question for you.
