$100,000 World Cup Bracket!
The 2010 soccer World Cup in South Africa kicks off on June 11th and Intertops.com celebrates with another amazing offer for its customers. Make your predictions on all the action in our World Cup Bracket and you could be pocketing a $100,000 jackpot! Enter the contest by logging into our Bracket at intertops.com/worldcup2010. Then predict the results of each of the sixty-four World Cup games (Team to win or draw option in the Group phase, team to progress in the knockout phase), and click on the “Save” button. After confirming your entry you will be entered in the promotion.
Restrictions: The 2010 World Cup Bracket is only for registered Intertops.com customers. Only one competition entry per household /e-mail /IP will be accepted. The customer may modify his entry up to the entry cut-off time (the start of the opening game). The last version of a customer’s entry will be the valid entry.
Prize structure: The customer with 64 correct picks will receive the main prize of $100,000. Should more customers have 64 correct picks, the main prize will be divided equally between them. If there is no perfect bracket, the customer with the most correct picks will receive a $5,000 first prize. Should two or more customers be tied for first, then the $5,000 prize will be divided equally between them. Customers finishing 2nd – 20th in the final Bracket ranking will receive an equal share of an additional $5,000 prize-money. Should more than one player be tied for 20th place, then these players will also be added to those eligible for the prize money.
HOW IT WORKS: Choose your predicted result for each match by clicking on the appropriate result field. The table will be automatically updated according to your predicted result. Move from Group to Group by clicking on the appropriate Group name tab. Should two teams have the same number of points after your predicted group stage results, you can determine the final group positions by dragging and dropping the teams within the table.
Your last 16 line-up is complete after you have completed your group stage results and determined the final group positions. Now you must predict the winners of the last 16 matches. Simply choose the team to advance – it is irrelevant whether after 90 minutes, extra-time or penalties. Your chosen team is automatically entered into the quarterfinal line-up. Complete the rest of the tournament matches through to the winner of the final and then click on the “Save” button and your tips will be automatically saved. Now all you have to do is keep your fingers crossed – we wish you a lot of luck!
