I am a regular depositor at iNetBet for years now and I deposit at least twice a month, sometimes A LOT more. I contacted them about not getting a manager bonus for 2 months now which I used to get at least $5 a month, and they sent me a mail back saying I was completely banned from any bonuses from this point on, saying that I only deposit using large( usually 100% matches when available but I also use the $10 challenge and have used 50% matches too) match bonuses and I have to start depositing without using deposit coupons. Why do they send me these offers if they don't want me to use them? UHHHGGGG!!! I am so angry with them right now. I have never had a casino ban me from using a deposit match coupon. I never get free chips in between deposits unless it is a holiday, in which everyone is able to claim them too. I don't know about the rest of you all but I like to play as long as possible on my deposits and without a match it is not an option for me. Just venting a bit and wondering what everyone's opinion is on this? I am seriously thinking about telling them to close my account.

Hi crystal8323, yeah, it's doesnt seem right if you deposit regularly and they offer you
the bonuses. I can see it if someone only claims free chips

They did the same thing to me. I only cashed out there a couple of times and it was not a large amount. I was also a regular depositor . They sent me an email about a month ago and said that I had 5.00 in comps and asked if I would like to cash them it. I said yes, and then they emailed me back and said that they removed the 5.00 in comps because I accumulated them on free chips. How could I have done that when I can't even claim any free chips. I got those comps when I was able to claim a bonus and make a deposit.

I really think that's why i never use a bonus when making a deposit. sorry, but i personally think it's safer all around to just play with my own $. iNetBet is the only casino that has ever bonus banned me and that happened a few months ago.I was shocked. I had been with them for over ten years.

Me too, glad to hear it is not just me, I think they are crazy, lol. But it will be their loss, I will deposit where they appreciate me a little bit at least.

I dont really understand why they do that. If you deposit they should not penalize you for using a deposit coupon. I can see if you only use free chips of course but not if you are a regular depositor! ​

Exactly Carey, that is why I posted this. I have never been banned from bonuses being a regular depositor.
