First, let me say if you want to remove this post, please feel free to but am unsure where to put this, so I'm putting it here.
I want to say I do like iNetBet casinos, but am frustrated with my last two withdrawals (one I'm still waiting for). Neither were big ones, about $200 each. And, being a US player, I requested a courier check each time to avoid hassles with other payout methods. In the long ago past I never had a problem, but these last two times major issues. Here's what has and is happening.
Near the beginning of September, I requested a courier check, cashing out from a Manager's Bonus. First, they waited 24 hours to inform me they needed a faxback form updated. What? I've played there for years, cashed out many times, etc., but okay. I obliged. I waited another few day for approval for cashout and almost another two whole weeks to get the check. This time it was because they claimed issues with their vendors getting checks out.
Now, this last one I requested a cashout on Nov. 14 (approved that date) in the form of a courier check and I'm still waiting for it. iNetBet never once initiated emails to me about any issues. Each time I have had to send an email asking for a tracking number. The last few were this past week. I was told that last Thursday (after emailing them on Tuesday) they were meeting with the vendor by phone to get the facts about what was happening and tracking numbers. I waited for an email later Thursday and then wrote them when I hadn't heard anything. No response. Sent another and got an email back that they were expecting tracking number on Monday (today). Meanwhile, I said a small bonus woud be nice for customers like me in this situation (of which I got from Brian and that was nice).
Fine, I waited the weekend thinking since they are a day ahead of me I'd see SOMETHING from them in my email even if it was an apology with an update. Nothing. I sent an email again this morning politely requesting the tracking number (I was told now twice they'd be getting). And, it's now Nov 26 (more then two full weeks since my check was approved). And, again, I had to initiate another email. I got back a rather 'pointed' (for lack of a nastier word which I'm kinda feeling now) email saying we told you there was issues and we will let you know when we get a tracking number, etc.
Nice!!!! NOT!!! Why tell me you would have them, make me wait to contact you and then respond to my emails to me like its some kind of chore. I am, after all, your customer, awaiting now for the second time a payout when you tote you are the 'fastest paying casino' on the net. I realize it's 'out of your control' like you blantantly pointed out to me, but at least have the courtesy of updating me yourself, not waiting for me to ask again, again and again.
It's unfortunate. I have had this attitude years ago from iNetBet and it's back. I realize they are frustrated, but so am I. At least have the courtesy to send a blanket email to those of us affected periodically to say, 'Hey, we're still working on the payouts by check, sorry for the delay again but wanted you to know...' or something. That is what is so frustrating with this.
Meanwhile, I missed having some extra money to shop on Black Friday and now Cyber Monday. That's okay, what hurts is I really don't think iNetBet gives a damn nowadays except if they feel like it.
Just a word of caution to those right now with courier check cashouts here. This is what I'm running into and don't know if anyone else is either.
