Here we go again with a withdrawal request from iNetBet. Now, keep in mind I have played with them for over a decade and just a few months ago cashed out.
1. On 7/3 I requested a $306 payout.
2. On 7/5, two days later, in the afternoon I get an email from support saying they are waiting on my 'verification docs' (what the hell?).
3. Same day (7/5) I write back (cc'ing the Manager) asking if this was a joke (nothing changed, I was current). And, I pointed out to them that thanks to this confusion and this delay (took two days to email me on this), that my withdrawal would be taking two full weekends probably to get to me now since they didn't work on weekends. To play it safe, though, with this email, I sent in the SAME docs, etc. they already had on file to avoid any delays.
4. On 7/6, no response. I write again later in the day asking for some type of acknowledgement.
5. On 7/7, nothing. I write again asking for some type of response. I finally get two saying docs were sent and in accounts, etc. but nothing as to why these were needed nor any apology. They did, say, my withdrawal would be processed in 24 hours.
6. On 7/8 no email of any withdrawal being processed (like Jackpot Capital or Grande Vegas does).
7. On 7/9 (today) still no email saying about any withdrawal being processed. Before wasting my time and emailing asking for a status update, I checked my account history to find the withdrawal was approved on 7/8. Nice of them to email me after all this.
I thought the nightmares of withdrawing from here were in the past, but apparently not. And, though I played a lot in June, because I cashed out in early July, I'm sure that with that (and my complaints) no Manager Bonus for me from last month though I should be getting one with my win to depositing (loss) ratio.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it. It's sad but I'm laughing cos I'm not surprised.
