iNetBet Payout - The Saga Continues...

Here we go again with a withdrawal request from iNetBet. Now, keep in mind I have played with them for over a decade and just a few months ago cashed out.

1. On 7/3 I requested a $306 payout.

2. On 7/5, two days later, in the afternoon I get an email from support saying they are waiting on my 'verification docs' (what the hell?).

3. Same day (7/5) I write back (cc'ing the Manager) asking if this was a joke (nothing changed, I was current). And, I pointed out to them that thanks to this confusion and this delay (took two days to email me on this), that my withdrawal would be taking two full weekends probably to get to me now since they didn't work on weekends. To play it safe, though, with this email, I sent in the SAME docs, etc. they already had on file to avoid any delays.

4. On 7/6, no response. I write again later in the day asking for some type of acknowledgement.

5. On 7/7, nothing. I write again asking for some type of response. I finally get two saying docs were sent and in accounts, etc. but nothing as to why these were needed nor any apology. They did, say, my withdrawal would be processed in 24 hours.

6. On 7/8 no email of any withdrawal being processed (like Jackpot Capital or Grande Vegas does).

7. On 7/9 (today) still no email saying about any withdrawal being processed. Before wasting my time and emailing asking for a status update, I checked my account history to find the withdrawal was approved on 7/8. Nice of them to email me after all this.

I thought the nightmares of withdrawing from here were in the past, but apparently not. And, though I played a lot in June, because I cashed out in early July, I'm sure that with that (and my complaints) no Manager Bonus for me from last month though I should be getting one with my win to depositing (loss) ratio.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it. It's sad but I'm laughing cos I'm not surprised.

I think something is wrong with their email system. I used to get emails that say, "Your account bonus!" and "Manager's Bonus!" but though it is credited I don't get the emails anymore. I tried to write them about it once, they did a test and said all was fine so I just let it go.

Krazy they do actually work on weekends, I have had payouts on them before, they do seem to have a problem with hotmail, I had to change mine to another one cos I was often not receiving their emails. As far as the Manager Bonus goes, if you have a large win they don't give it to you, was yours a big one? Hope you can get it sorted out soon, it's very frustrating.

I was told they do not work on weekends (in one of the emails they finally sent). And, I have an 'earthlink' email, which has been the same one I've used with them for about 10 years (can you believe it?). So, I'm going out on a limb here but want to say this time, it's not something wrong happening on my end. I think it's a slow downhill decline (with some bump ups) with their support.

As far as my cashout, my playtime was in June (well over my win amount I'm sure) and the cashout wasn't until the first part of July. But, I know, with my luck, I won't see one (Manager Bonus).

Overall, I still like iNetBet, but when things like this happen, it makes me want to spit in my spittoon. :stress

I think maybe you should open a gmail account it is more in the times of today... Earthlink is old news and you can even forward your mail to the new gmail account. I know that they are being slow & for that I am sorry not giving
excuses for them but the email thing could be something you want to change.

Vix, I know you are not making excuses for them. I will continue to play with them and am sure I'll get my check. I'm betting it will be on Monday instead of Friday due to the delay, but so be it. Meanwhile, despite these 'challenges", I will still play with them and a few of my other favorite RTGs. These are the ones I still feel comfortable playing at and know that when you win, they will pay you.

I also think something is wrong with their email accounts. I'm having a little trouble
getting a hold of them also. I sure it will all get worked out very soon.

and like you said, they are a casino you can trust.

Still no check and now no response to my request for a tracking number (as of very earlier today). Why am I not surprised?

Hope you get it soon krazy. I think it only took a week to get my last check (maybe 10 days?)
