I suppose I wont get one again this month, I didn't last month after cashing out $200 and I cashed out more this month.

I am a bit amazed atm, I won a $10 chip on another board in a contest and managed to cash out $100 today, I then made a couple of deposits via neteller and after going through those I decided to request the neteller bonus and this was the response I got:

Dear Anne
I am sorry but you cannot claim a bonus on the withdrawal redeposited from a free $10 promo that you won $100 with.

I would have thought once the money was paid out to me, it was actually mine and not still counted as theirs, I have never had this happen before, I am certainly not going to squabble about $2.20 but honestly I find that a bit lousy, when I deposit there all the time.

Does anyone know how high the M bonus goes?? I really went wild and deposited over $1000 in 3 days! UGH! Then i had problems with the playthrough on the 2 deposits i got bonuses with. The damn amount showing the playthrough wouldnt budge! I played $5 to $20 a spin from $1300 down to $300 and still it stayed the same. I ended up losing it all. Counter was still the same. So i am hoping that i get a good bonus to play with and will keep an eye on the playthrough. I did email and by the time they took it out i was down to $5.00duh

1st let me say I had already once the same problem that the playthroug counter did not work, lol

About how manager bonus works,
I know they count all your deposits and withdrawals from last month
if you had a bad month they give you something back, called the manager bonus. How much the bonus is depends on how much you lost there last month.

What I know do you not see the playthough in the cashier for manager bonuses.
I suggest to watch your comps, if you wager $50 it adds 1 comp.

I am unsure now if you need to wager the manger bonus 10 or 15 times
