I claimed the ATNYP Bonus coupon before making a $10.00 deposit and I did not receive the bonus.
I tried again after making the deposit and it says coupon already redeemed but still don't have my bonus showing in my account.
I should have had $20.00 showing in my account instead of $10.00 after using this coupon.
My account is XXXXXX.
I am not waiting around for you to correct this situation, I claimed the coupon properly then deposited.
I want to play now when I deposited not at your convienence and I will start playing the $10.00 in my account.
I won't ever deposit again in the future at your casino because having to take time out to email you is quite frankly a hassle for me.
I will also post on Streak Gaming Forum and my own forum of this situation to alert staff and friends there that have always held you in highest regards.

Sorry friends I'm venting...but I'm just really tired of all the crap and hoops us players have to jump through with all these casinos.
Just bringing this to your attention in case anyone else has problems claiming their Birthday deposit bonus coupons.

Yes it happened to me as well. With these match coupons, they want you to meet the requirement first then you get the bonus. This is the rule for this promo so if you dont like it then I suggest you do not use a coupon.

Well...when did they change their system of using coupons?
The coupons all still read the same as in the past and I always received the bonus imediately.
That means at the rate I don't win at their casino I will have to redeposit another 50 to 100 dollars to get a lousy match bonus of $10.
Not worth it in my opinion.
Well...I definetely won't deposit ever again with them.
I usually only use the darn coupons when money is tight until pay day to play a little more, lol.
I'm not a bonus abuser either...no mater where I play if I get a freebee I imediately deposit something so I stay in good standing with the casino and avoid any future hassle just in case someday...somewhere...somehow I win something to actually cash out, lmao!!

Yep...received email from iNetBet saying 20x play through which means I have to deposit $200.00 more to get $10 free.

Niecey, I too have had this problem in the past once. I learned to read the T & C's after that! You need to really read the T & C's when they have a lot of offers at once like this. They have nine this time! The one you happened to choose is one where you do not get the bonus until after wagering the deposit 20X
