This is the second month in a row that I've cashed in my comp points here.... then run into a problem with wagering requirements after I win a small amount. And I mean SMALL! If they're going to give us comps, free chips, manager's bonuses, WHY are they putting them in the cashable balance and not in the bonus area where we can watch the playthrough???? If they were not so well known I'd say it smacks of rogue-ishness..... they break my rules for judging where I can trust to play as they have NO phone, NO live chat, yet we all play there all the time.
Here's the emails I've received over the past few days.... gross incompetency is never acceptable and this just feels like it's slipping over the top... and NO i'm not about to go hammer out those last few wagering requirements right now, as I'd deliberately up the bet and end up losing the lousy fifty dollars....
I played, turned the $10 comps into $50 and cashed out. I wrote them on the 11th to ask if they'd flush, which they will not. Then out of the blue on the 12th I receive this:
Dear
With a comp redemption the funds need to be wagered at least 10x
Thus far you have wagered your comps $60.50
You are thus a little short
We have returned your funds to your account to meet the wagering
Best Regards

So I go play again and then write asking if I've made the playthrough... instead of saying yes or no though they answer with an amount, so I'm forced to write again... another bit of incompetency:
their answer on 11/12: You have wagered $109.75
my question and their reply:
So now I've met the wagering requirements??? please confirm, thanks,
Yes that is correct
that was at 1pm on the 12th..... then this morning I get this delightful note:
Dear
Just a quick mail in regards to your withdrawal
You are still a little short on the wagering of your comps
I beleive you asked support if you had met the wagering. Unfortunately they gabe you the wrong information. They included the $5 free chip in your play.
Since your comp redemption you have wagered $96 of a needed minimum $107.50
Best Regards

This just feels like it's gone from the rediculous to the sublime.... and instead of creating good will on my - the player's part- I'm getting really fed up over the whole thing....
too many QUICK cashout reliable RTG's for me to play at to understand WHY they are doing this.... does anyone else understand how I'm feeling?
