This is the second month in a row that I've cashed in my comp points here.... then run into a problem with wagering requirements after I win a small amount. And I mean SMALL! If they're going to give us comps, free chips, manager's bonuses, WHY are they putting them in the cashable balance and not in the bonus area where we can watch the playthrough???? If they were not so well known I'd say it smacks of rogue-ishness..... they break my rules for judging where I can trust to play as they have NO phone, NO live chat, yet we all play there all the time.

Here's the emails I've received over the past few days.... gross incompetency is never acceptable and this just feels like it's slipping over the top... and NO i'm not about to go hammer out those last few wagering requirements right now, as I'd deliberately up the bet and end up losing the lousy fifty dollars....

I played, turned the $10 comps into $50 and cashed out. I wrote them on the 11th to ask if they'd flush, which they will not. Then out of the blue on the 12th I receive this:

Dear
With a comp redemption the funds need to be wagered at least 10x
Thus far you have wagered your comps $60.50
You are thus a little short
We have returned your funds to your account to meet the wagering
Best Regards
iNetBet Support

So I go play again and then write asking if I've made the playthrough... instead of saying yes or no though they answer with an amount, so I'm forced to write again... another bit of incompetency:

their answer on 11/12: You have wagered $109.75

my question and their reply:

So now I've met the wagering requirements??? please confirm, thanks,
Yes that is correct

that was at 1pm on the 12th..... then this morning I get this delightful note:

Dear
Just a quick mail in regards to your withdrawal
You are still a little short on the wagering of your comps
I beleive you asked support if you had met the wagering. Unfortunately they gabe you the wrong information. They included the $5 free chip in your play.
Since your comp redemption you have wagered $96 of a needed minimum $107.50
Best Regards
iNetBet Accounts

This just feels like it's gone from the rediculous to the sublime.... and instead of creating good will on my - the player's part- I'm getting really fed up over the whole thing....

too many QUICK cashout reliable RTG's for me to play at to understand WHY they are doing this.... does anyone else understand how I'm feeling?

Well actually not labell..Never been in that situation.

When I get these bonuses without asking I bet so big to reach payout that I lose it within few minutes..Lol

As I can see you need to wager about $10 more or??

Maybe you could find a game and bet the lowest hoping to hit again for the $50?

I don't see the sense either.

In one moment they say you had wagered $109 and some change, then they turn around and said you had only wagered $96 of $107.50 needed. Doesn't add up!

I use to love that casino, but, they won't let me play there anymore since I am from Illinois

Labell,

I kind of understand where your coming from! But actually, I have another beef that I would like answered. I love playing Pick'em poker! Addicted to that game for some reason. My beef though is on double downs! They are not random in the least. In fact, I am going to say they are short of being very rigged. I bet 9 out of 10 times you double down, your going to get thrown and A, Q, J or K. And, when you are thrown a 2,3,4 or 5 you will almost always pick the same card you were just delt and then if you try to double again on that same hand you just tied, you will be thrown that A, K, Q or J and never win. I thought casinos were supposed to be random # generated on everything? If they are, that is some serious bad generating on double downs. OUCH!!

Labell whenever I have a free chip or comp points at Inetbet where the play through is not shown in the cashier, I always count it myself, it is a big pain in the butt but it saves the frustration of having to email them several times.

I just read the thread and wanted to comment on IGAMBLEALOT post about the random generator doo - dad I play B.J. on RTG platforms but I've played enough over the years to know- when the game swings in your favor- you can basiclly do no wrong- things I would NEVER do in a live game. But when it's with the player- it's great. Bet BIG!!

When it turns, I try a couple hands, smaller bets and you can play exactly by the book and you will lose EVERYTIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So then I go to slots of V.P.

One more thing on the randomness of it all- If I have a losing or winning session the NEXT time I go in- could be days, weeks, it seems the cards fall the same way as when I left. This is not paranoia this is truth.

But I love RTG's especially since our choice of gaming platforms has been reduced to just a few!

Sorry about the run around labell. I've never won on a freebie and I don't play bonus's. So, I've never had your issue. But I know the feeling sucks.

Cheers and gl to all,
Liz

I guess I just hate being given wrong information from support... it's a small amount I know, but it's a much bigger issue - the repeated human error in the whole process. And when it can be dealt with so simply by THEIR using the bonus system inside their own cashier... I just don't understand why they don't use it....

ah I love you all, thanks for sharing!:turkeyday

Well Personaly i never had any luck at inetbet myself. I have read where most people are happy with them and know many who have won there quite alot. But ive been playing there for years and never made a cashout yet. I make very small deposits of usualy 20.00 and i have had it up to 1-200 a few times. but never 500 and thats my cashout mark. I have deposited thousands there over the years. Other RTG's i have cashed out at and a couple of them many times. But inetbet eludes me.

I have places like that... funny isn't it how they're good for some and not others, yet others are good for us and awful for them.... here's hoping you hit a whopper next time!
