I keep getting robo-dialed calls for so-called lower interest on credit cards! They are pissing me off! Last week, I listened to the whole recording and it gave an option to stop recieving the call, push 3, I did.- So, today I get one from another company...... I listen to the whole spiel..... says press 1 to talk to a person. I do it, person comes on the line, "You want to save money on interest?" I yell into the phone, ""NO, I WANT YOU TO QUIT CALLING HERE!!!"".....haha, they hung up on me!!
I know, it was rude, but ya gotta fight them some how!

I just love the Your automobile warranty is about to run out one. I have both my cell and home phone on the do not call list. Doesn't seem to help at all. I actually feel sorry for the people who have that job. I start out trying to be nice and they push and push until you have to get rude.
Yeah, the auto warranty is bogus too!
We don't carry a balance on credit cards. I don't use them, I use a debit card. And David pays the balance in full if and when he does use his.
They have been calling maybe 3 times a week....... both of them. I don't know why, but, we don't have caller ID. Have to ask David, I guess.
Anyway. The first one hasn't called back, so, I thought maybe the other company had the same option in the recording. "Press 3 to discontinue these calls". They didn't.
Another thing is, the recording said "this is your third and final chance to reduce your interest rate" Ha!! How many "third and final" chances are there?
I know it wasn't the service ladys' fault, but, I had just had enough!!!

Don't feel bad weesie, you just get so sick of being hassled in your home, I'm also on the do not call list but it doesn't seem to matter.
So, with this one, i finally had enough, so I started talking to him, and asked which car it was about (as there are 4 cars at this house), well he asked me to tell him, so I made up some car we do NOT own, he said, let me grab that file!!! I let him talk to me for about 30 minutes, until he got to the end and asked for my credit card number-well, much to his displeasure-i yelled"Hey, idiot, i do not and have never owned the car we discussed, stop calling my house!!!!" and hung up-needless to say, they do NOT call my house anymore!!!!!!!
Sometimes it's not rude to be rude. You are just fighting fire with your own fire. You seemed to have been able to put out a fire, but usually alot of smaller ones pop up around. I usually add the title 'spammer' to the phone number as a new contact, so if I get the same phone number calling me again, it comes up - 'spam caller' and I know not to waste my time.

I said, "Well, I don't have one of those, but, I'D LOVE IT IF I COULD GET YOU TO QUIT CALLING HERE!!!!"
They then hang up on me!!
I am already plotting my next response for when they call again!
