Can they send it via Western Union? Or, how do you usually cash out? If you can reload from iNetBet to the "Wired Plastic", maybe you can do it in "allowable" chunks over so much per day/week. Is that a possibility?

My suggestion is you look at the Overnight Express. They would send a check and then if you don't have a bank account, you can take it to one of those check cashing places. I'd make sure you could cash a check at one of those cash checking places first before using that option though. That's about all I can think of.
