I need help...AGAIN

Ok ..got my WP card in the mail the other day and went to the Western Union place at my grocery store. Dialed the WU phone talked to a customer service rep and she asked me what I wanted to do. I told her I wanted to wire money to my WP card. She told me that she could not help and to go to the clerk and they could load it for me. I went to the clerk and she told me that she could not help that they only deal with Wires through Western Union. So what do I do? Should I have said that I wanted to wire money to my WP account instead of card?? Please help.

In your welcome packet you should have received some forms. You need to use the Prepaid Services/Payments form. There should be extras at the grocery store if not, they're grey and black. You fill out your card number, amount you're loading onto the card, write Wired Plastic on the Pay To line and sign the form. Present it to the cashier where Western Union is handled along with the $3.95 fee and the amount you're loading. They'll give you a receipt and that's it. Good luck!!

go to the wp website and log in to you acct click on the link on the left for adding funds all the info is there that u need

You can also load them at 7-Eleven. They just swipe the card and you pay 3.95. It is real simple that way, no forms or anything to fill out.

YEP that's what I do.. I also use MoneyGram to load mine at my local Walmart store. you have to call WP to get your 4 diget code that you have to use but the code remains the same all the time.
