I have a CT scan tomorrow

I got the ok from my insurance Co. so I'm having the ct scan tomorrow afternoon.

I won't know anything more for a few days. Then the biopsy. The sight where I swelled up near my groin area still hurts and has gone down a bit, but not that much.

Just keeping my friends updated.

On a different note... I am so blessed, I've met some fantastic people online. I'm on the X (the band) yahoo group. I've never met Art, he lives in Boston. We were talking music on facebook and I said I was so far behind, I didn't have a mp3 player and a couple X cd's. Had them but they grew legs when my daughter was a teen.

Today I had a parcle. He sent me a mp3 player and the 2 X cd's. that I had and lost. How cool is that?? Never met the man, just a super guy!! Now- I need to find out how to work it!

Love and Light and I'd love to hit something nice tonight. I'm gonna make a cpl. small deposits.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers during this time. If it's any consolation a CT scan in literally painless if they do not inject the dye. (even when they do inject the dye... its only a few minutes of an uncomforatably warm sensation.) I am awestruck that you found someone who found it in thier hearts to do a selfless act of kindness!! God Bless Him!! Good Luck with the CT scan, enjoy that mp3 player and please .... keep us posted.

It WAS really sweet of Art to send the wonderful gift huh?? I thanked him so many times he said it's ok Liz, it's not that big a deal!! A couple yrs. ago Brian lives in Washington sent me like 8 hours worth of music and a bootleg DVD. I met him for a minute a cpl. years later. He calls me from across the street!! So, what do we dio? walk a block to FREAK BEAT RECORDS!! Some really cool fans who's love of the band X , Billy Zoom, John Doe, Exene Cervanka and D.J. Bonebrake great artists all and it spills out to the fans. Loyal after 30 years.

Oh and I rang Exene we spoke for a moment she had company. But said Do you want me to put you on my guest list? Liz + 1 ? ( Thank you Exene!!) I thought, I wonder if Viggo Mortensen was there. Her X hubby if you don't know him- Wikapedia him. The man oozes sex appeal! And is a great actor etc.

Precious- I've had more ct scans in the past 20 years, so I know just what you mean! They used to be a total pain, the set up took for ever. It was a couple hours yrs. ago- now it's a snap!

Had my scan and I feel like crap. It was fast and I should know something in 2 or 3 days. But by the time I stopped to get everything for some killer homeade chicken soup- my stomach is toast. I'm trying not to think about the possible results cause I have so much fear! Thanks again for all the streak vibes!!!

Speaking of kindness online MoSlowJJ made me businesss cards when I was crafting more.. As soon as the paint goes on a frame, box or whatever- I'm back in the groove.

They either got the results yesterday or will have them today.

I dropped my phone in the sink (it wasn't full of water, just a little) I need to go to ATT this afternoon and see what the happs is with my phone!!

I hate getting info over the phone and I'd much rather hear from my Oncologist Dr. Mena. I have an appointment with him on the 10th. My M.D. who's a great dr says I'll call you as soon as I get the results. I could wait till every evening when the Dr.s are gone!

Not in denial, just some news is best in peron!!
