i deposit regulary in grand mondial and casino share. this week in mondial i click the opt in the lobby, i made 3 deposit on the 13-8 in opt i click on bonus the promo said from 13-8 to 17-8 i also click on dailytournament and then on sumit. it said SUCCES i cut now join the tournament but i never resieve the bonus for my deposit, so i go to livechat and was told the promotion did not start untill 12pm but i had deposit on the 13 i cut not get the bonus.and i also signup thestreak-loaded tournament ,and it never show up. i think its sad that mondial is behaving like this. connie salomon

I live in a different time zone to all the casinos so have to be careful with the times, I can't think of any other reason that would happen. Did you download through the streak banner hon?
