Keep forgetting to ask. When you play Micros, how much does the thermomoter influence you?? Sometimes I use it. And other times if there is another game I may play and it's hotter, I'll go for that one.

One more and you don't have to answer. Been thinking about it for months.

Has the recission affected your play?

Cheers!

I understood you totally Liz. I don't play at Micros much but when I do, I do try the ones that are HOT and then end up at my stand bys no matter what temp they are, lol. Never have done well by going by the Temperatures though.

Also, I think the recession has made a BIG difference on most of us and our gambling habits. I can barely pay my bills these days, much less play much at the casinos.

(Don't mind those girls, they are being silly today) :hug

We werent making fun of you at all Lizzie, we didnt understand what you meant to be honest. I dont know nothing about the casinos thermometer because to me, they are always cold!! LOL
If someone posts here that they hit a particular slot then yeah I will probably go play that one and see if its still hot but I always assumed it was random for random people at random casinos. Like one slot may be hot for you at Rich Reels but not me but it may hot for me at Villento....

The recesssion is certainly hurting folks for sure!

Carey, well said :
I always assumed it was random for random people at random casinos.

I don't place much weight on the temps either, but I do tend to try ones others have hit on... following ceks wins was how I got started...

and yes the economy has hit me for sure... I'm really concerned about inflation over the next year - food has skyrocketed already because of freight costs last year, so can you imagine what the inflation will do to it?

ah but I still try to scrape up some bucks to play video poker....

I play fortune lounge once in a while, and they have the "temperature" gages also. I find I do better on the ones that are between 95 and 140. I can't seem to win squat on anything with a really high, high thermometer!! :grr
The recession has hit me really, really hard!! :shucks I am disabled, so we are on a limitted income. I find that I will cashout at $50 IF I can reach that...then it will put something in QT for me to play a bit with but that is completely empty now. I have one sons birthday in December right before christmas and my oldest boy graduates high school this year. We are also in desperate need of a new car, so we have put alot of money into repairing the old one. So, yes the recession has affected my play. I really don't have the money to deposit much lately.:tdown

It's a jackpot thermometer on the right hand side when your viewing the slots. It's suppose to give an indication as to when the last big one was hit on a specific game.

Hope I explained that right..lol!

I think all the Micros have the thermometer. I know Rich Reels,Villento,Go Wild and Redflush all have them.I don't relay on them though. Once in a while I might check out a game that has a reading that looks promising but it's mostly there for entertainment purposes.

I look at the winning screenshots to see what people are winning on.People like Labell,Beaches,Ceks and others influence my play sometimes although I never seem to have too much luck lately at any game :(

My day is coming...........yeah right!

I often look at the temperature gauges, but I must admit it doesn't really affect which games I play, I have my favourites ones and I stick to those. I really should venture into some others occasionally but I nearly always head for Mega Moolah first, even though I always swear I am not going back there, it just gobbles your money so fast. As far as the recession goes, I am on a limited income also, so was broke before and am broke now...lol

I don't understand the temp thing-if it has a high number does that mean it isn't hitting?
I get easily confused so make the explanation simple...lol crzypnkn

Hey pretty lady!

I think the higher the number the better... But you can also look at the bar above the number the higher up that is, the longer it's been since someone hit.

In theory anyway!

Good to see you Gufus!
