"heads up" on Intertops

Hi!

I have a problem with Intertops Casino.

Twice now, last month and this month, I had a standing balance.
Last month I had $200.00 and they applied a $10 bonus. It came with a $300.00 wagering req.. I called the toll free number and asked them to remove it because I didn't want a wagering req. attached to my free and clear balance. They did, and I continued to recieve bonuses.

Yesterday I deposited 68.00 and had a good day. I had my balance up to $700.00 and played it down to $500.00 and decided to quit and I would make my withdrawal today.

Today, I wake up to yet another $10 bonus attached to my account with yet another $300.00 wagering req.. I called the toll free number again and they said the only way to handle it was to remove me from the bonus program altogether. I don't want to not be a part of the bonus program, but, I felt I had no choice in order to free up my $500.00

They finally removed the bonus and I made my withdrawal but I really do not think this is fair practice.

Comments anyone??

Most people don't mind the bonuses, I am not sure what your heads up is about though? The casino did as you asked each time, I think now that your off the bonus program you will be ok. Intertops is the best of casinos and I am sure you will be happy in the future.

Hmmm, this is a strange first post at the forum hon? Where did you download the banner from? Maybe they could be of more assistance to you? I am sorry, I must be missing the point hon. Do you have a question or are you just dogging the casino? We happen to think intertops is one of the BEST MicroGaming Casinos on the net? They have the best customer service. They are one of our biggest sponsors here. Perhaps if you have a legitimate question someone could look into it for you. It looks as if you got your withdrawals, so I don't get it?

If you have a $500 balance and then get $10 into the Bonus balance you still can withdraw $500 without any wagering.. Doesnt all Micros use that ClearPlay Bonus system?

I think you are right Ceks. The wagering requirements should only affect the $10 bonus, not what was in her account prior to that.

I don't understand what the problem was or is for that matter.
#1. You could have withdrawn the balance without the bonus affecting it, as was mentioned the play thru only applies to the bonus not to what was already in your account
#2. If you were going to withdraw then why didn't you withdraw the money right away instead of leaving it set in your account.. that part makes no sense to me whatsoever..

and as Judy said your first post here is to trash one of our main sponsers??

The $10 you were receiving was probably your loyalty or cash back, It doesn't effect the money already in your account. These are automatic based on your play and do not effect any deposits or winnings prior to the bonus being added. Also you could just transfer your winnings to your main account after you play which keeps your casino credit completely separate I have never had an Issue with Intertops, so please fellow players do not avoid this GREAT CASINO based on this Thread.

Ok she asked for comments, But dang I don't think Ladidi4 was trashing Intertops.
I think just misunderstood the rules of bonus.
I could see where by just seeing the play thru amount would cause concern but by contacting them it should have come out that it didn't effect the balance.
Give the newbie a break on first mistake.
And Ladidi4 make sure you read the terms and conditions and don't be afraid to ask support any questions you have. Otherwise you risk Gettin you Butt chewed again''' There's alot of good people here and lord knows we love our Top casino's..

Sorry Mos.. but it always raises red flags for any mod or admin at any board when the very first post is one stating that they have a "problem with a casino"

Ya I can see that!! But I felt bad for him or her. The bonus system is kinda screwy.
I had 10 or 15 bucks in acct. and they added my bonus to it and I thought cool I will play some slots but keep enough to play in tournaments, Well I ran it back to the original balance and went to play tourney and I couldn't because all that was left was the bonus and you can't play tourneys with bonus money.
Of course it was my fault for not paying better attention to the T&C's But that didn't make me feel any better at the time. It pissed me off.
Another time I was playing and had hundreds in acct. and they added bonus while I was playing. It was 100.00 and I had no idea that they did. Well I lost it all and thought oh well I have a bonus coming mabe I can recoup.
When I didn't see the bonus in the next couple days I contacted them and thats when I found out I had no bonus coming I had spent it without knowing.
Again Pissed me off.

Maybe the replies were a little harsh, but I think all streakers would agree that when someone comes in and makes a statement like that, especially about one of our sponsors that we should be sure to question their intentions. If they have proof of their statements then we should try to help them rectify the problem with the casino, but if not we shouldn't allow negative threads especially named

Yes it's me again!

The heads up was for members to withdraw their balance asap.
I talked to Kiesha at the toll free number and she told me again that the bonus was applied to my balance and I could NOT remove my previous balance because of the wagering reqs.

I asked to speak to a manager and I spoke with a man Sunday. He said the bonus was a wagering bonus, Kinda like 'Casino Rewards' but they apply it when you hit it reguardless of your balance. The only thing is, it applies to your balance as well. I directly asked him if I could remove my $500 and play the $10 and he said no. This is verbatum so take it as you see fit.

I should have cashed out that night instead of waiting till the next day.

I am not dogging Intertops, it is the only Micro casino I can play since I live in Illinois. I spend a lot of money with them. I was just frustrated with the situation.

As for it being my first post, sorry, I never have much to say..... never have been much of a poster.

I can understand that Ladidi!! And I remember you very well from the old Streak, good to see you here at our new home also!

Well, it sounds on Ladidi like Intertops added the free $10 on top of the $500 cashable balance with a playthrough requirement (which will holds the $500 until the playthrough req. are met on the $10) and the bonus balance still was zero. If that is right I think Intertops are wrong and undermining the purpose and simplicity of the ClearPlay bonus system and probably breaking some Microgaming policy or rule...??
