Hi friends, i have a strange question lol. Nothing to do with gambling.
Is there anyone here that can tell me if they have ever played the NES games? It's the very 1st Nintendo ever made. I got one that plays all the old clasics and also plays all the super nintendo games as well. My question is this...HOW the heck do you save a level?? I am playing the old game super mario world and i have gotten to world 3 but when i lose all my lives i have to start from the very beginning and it's making me frustrated lol. Is there a way to save a game on these old ones? Got this for Christmas and it sure helps when i'm broke and can't gamble lol. This is a New console that nintendo has put back out and i love it cuz it plays all the old nintendo and super nintendo games. It's called retro duo and cost just $40 and games are pretty reasonable as well. Anyone wants the link let me know. Thanks for any help.yellarghh

my son had one when he was younger and he would save after each level so when he lost lives he could start over at the last level he saved

Hi myst hon, thanks but how do you save? I hate having to start from the very beginning of the game after i already made it to 2 extra worlds sigh.

not sure i know on some of the games after he finished a level it gave me the option to save or pause game and he would save there but all the games are different sorry its been a long time

Super mario 3 unfortunately does not let you save after each level. Its soooo stupid I know. My and my ex used to play that all the time. What we did was this.....there are a few boards on that game that you can get free lives on, we would keep going into that same board continously for like an hour and accumulate as many lives as we could. Then we would NOT shut the game off ever.....we cleared the game doing that. lol

Lol! Thanks for all your help everyone. Because these games are no longer made..there are no instructions with them. Heheheh yup it does show your age. My Birthday is tomorrow and i am like a big kid still. To me age is just a number and i have no problem saying i will be 46. Are the mushrooms the extra lives? And what are 1 ups? I never played this much when i was younger. :proud

LMAO, the mushrooms make you grow bigger and the 1up is an extra life. How the heck did that information stay in my brain for so long when I can't even remember what I had for dinner last night? huhhwtff

The one that you jump through the pics is Super Mario 64 it was for the nintendo 64 system.
The one Red is playing is Super Mario 3 with the shrooms and the fireballs.
I played ALL the Mario's!! lol

LMAO!! This game is making me crazy! I get to the 3rd world and bite it and have to go allll the way back to the very beginning cuz i dont have lives left ugh!! Having fun though. This is mario 2. Soon i will have donkey kong country where you can save. I loved super nintendo lol. lolzz

The only thing I remember about this one is there is a red turtle coming down the stairs(wish I remembered the level) that if if jump on him right and keep jumping you get 100+ lives jumping up and down.....just remember to go down all the pipes that will let you and get all the coins(every 100 gives you another life. boy am i feeling old on this one...hubby and I bought our first nintendo and stayed up all night and played zelda....so long ago..lol

Mario 2 is the only one I didnt complete, it was nothing at all like the others. Isnt that the one with the digging and stuff and when you jump you like float across the screen for a while. You can choose which character to play, either, Mario, luigi or the princess? I hate that mario game!
