Happy 4th of July peeps! I hope everyone stays cool! Suppose to be 101 here today. David is cooking way

too much food again this year. We have dogs, brats, pork, chicken and beef kabobs, burgers, ribs, cherry pie, rice

krispie treats, gooey butter cake, cupcakes, cookies, strawberry shortcake, watermelon, and all the other stuff in

between.

Problem is, we don't have as many people as we use to, but, he still cooks like we do. Well, it's not all him, I made

the deserts. My kids call me a food pusher!

Well, the peeps did a pretty good job of eating! We do have leftovers but not too much. All in all, it went great. The

thing is once the 4th of July is over, it seems the summer just flies by. I hate that! Next thing I know, I will be

feeling like sorcer3ss, freezing my buns!
