I have tried calling and only get an automated machine to leave a message..so i did. No call back yet. So i went to live help and no one available at this time. Sooo i e-mailed them and the damn reply i get back is..what part are you not satisfied with? When i e-mailed i asked what it was they needed for me to return it and get my money back. I said it just wasnt for us. So i went back and e-mailed again and told them i want the info on what you need for me to make this return. I also pasted their return policy into the mail. They had BETTER give me my $ 300 back. I cant talk to a live person at all. I will let you know how it goes.
