What a night!!! Grand Hotel sent me an email with a free $15 chip.... Hit a royal flush in hearts! Can't withdraw it all, as the max cashout is $300 - But I'm tickled with the $300 on a free chip! I'm playing it down to get the loyalty points! And I was VERY lucky that they didn't disqualify the win as it was on video poker which does not count towards playthrough! yep Carey, but honestly I'm glad for the $300 - when I finally read the t&c video poker was not allowed on the playthrough - so I was worried all the winnings would be voided.... thank heavens Grand Hotel is reputable! I never bothered trying to build comp points ... couldn't stand trying to LOSE the three grand! Cashed it all and figured they'd sort it out!
