Check out your Grand Hotel Casino accounts.. existing players will get a free 10. in their account. If you don't have it in there, phone support will give it to you immediately if you call them toll free. Guy I talked to said fine to post on casino forums... looks like they are needing to stimulate business there.. its a micro so its well worth the peek into your existing account! Also, the offer is also for NEW players, just sign up and they will credit it within 48-72 hours for NEW players. Existing U.S. players can get this, but of course there are no new signups allowed for the U.S. since it is a micro. The T & Cs can be found at their website, I think it is a 30X rollover requirement and they do allow other games than just slots but not all of them, again, it is all printed clearly on their site. don't know which us states. so no luck for me.

i got email too..although a few years back after I dumped over $5000 with them, they decided for no apparent reason to lock my account. LOL I wrote to their accounts dept., so waiting on a reply.

If their going to lock me and then send me emails, don't make sense.

I also had the $10 in my email.

Won $300 the max.
Requested to have it sent to my QT account and I'm still waiting for it. Not sure how long it takes them to process it to QT though.

I know Inet takes less then 12hrs if that, Not sure if its this way for all of the casinos or not. Should i talk to support?

Okay, Now this is the first time I've ever heard of any casino accepting deposits by QuickTender / Usemywallet and not being able to withdrawal from the same option.

Now, This kinda makes me think this casino is a load of crock.

Sorry I am unable to help you, I have never used those deposit/withdrawal methods, so perhaps someone else can. I'm sorry that you are having problems.

got email with offer went to log in account LOCKED emailed support to find out why or how to fix and no response that was days ago... all the bonuses in the world mean nothing without the customer support to back them up.
