eiram, I went to live chat and though they could not help me much because I do not have an account there (stupid government!) so, pretty much what I got out of it was that this offer was only good for those that get the email and if you do get the email, you can contact live chat and they will tell you what % your bonus is! Good luck everyone.

I do want to stress to everyone that although live help could not help me, they were very fast and courteous. They just could not answer my certain question completely because I did not get the email, lol.

I got the email and played and only got a 1.00, I was so upset, but the 1.00 was added to my balance while I was playing and was unaware it was applied LOL but I did get an email telling me what I won the 1.00.

I've had this same thing happen to me more than once here, one time their 'system' split my 10.00 bonus and gave me like 7.50 during my play and 2.50 later... struck me as odd they never convinced me of it so I quit playing there.
