TO BE ELIGIBLE, YOU MUST: work a min. of 30 hours a week
Be responsible for a minor child under the age of 18.
Have a valid NYS drivers license.
Have an income below 200% of the federal poverty level.
family size GROSS MONTHLY INCOME LEVEL
1 - $1733
2 - $2333
3 - $2933
4 - $3533
