i spoke with live chat and was told they are under staff and to give them about 12-24hrs for winners to be emailed

i went to live chat and they announcede the winners i dont know where but i sure wasnt one of them he said ..how sad:argueingsmilies

I also just went to live chat, they tried to tell me that the winners were already posted, that they picked 50 out of the 500 and it was listed as "week 19 lucky draw". I told her that was incorrect, it promised 500 winners-not 50. I forwarded her a copy of the email I received and she is supposed to contact me when she figures it out.

Whew! This just shows how desperate I am for a comp after only receiving a lump of coal for Xmas from all of the casinos I regularly deposit at.

Yes, their email did say 500 not 50. They could get a heap of bad emails for promoting that amount and not giving them out. Also, could lose alot of business!

it just sounds like false advertising to me and should be reported, probably just another scam to try and get ppl to deposit,

I sent an email last night to support requesting an explanation and this is what I received this morning:
Hi Kathy
Thank you for your email. In regards to the winners wall for the 500 players who won the 20 Free Spins. The winners has been announced on Monday the 29<SUP>th</SUP> of December 2008. All the players who won received an e-mail that congratulated them on winning. The winners wall will be updated during the course of today and as soon as it has been updated all the players who won names will be listed.

I guess I might believe it if we knew of just one person who actually won. As I was at my computer at the very moment the promo email arrived (and opted in immediately) I find it hard to believe that 500 people entered the promo before I did. I will spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere!

I opted in too the sec it arrived and I didn't get anything either & I'm a platinum VIP. I'd guess with the staff issue maybe someone got it wrong and did a random draw instead. Oh well least I get my free $50 no WR today, that's a nice little gift every month.

Sorry you did not win sactokat, but emails are not exactly delivered to you the second the promo starts hon. I agree with aguy, most anything could have happened, try not to be upset about it. It is so not worth it hon.

I know it sounds like I'm making a big deal out of not winning the free spins. I truly understand that we win some, and speaking for myself, lose more than we win... The problem I have is that I take issue when they send out a promo but don't do what they say they will do (for example- post the winners on 12/29/08).
