Facebook Timeline

Has anyone tried out the new Facebook Timeline feature yet? I have been playing with it all morning and I personally think it's pretty cool!

If you've put embarrassing photos or posts on Facebook, you'll have seven days after switching to Timeline to prune them from your profile before Timeline becomes the default look on your profile page.

People posting are not so happy! I think it is good for a business but for individuals its pretty lame and not going to be a happy change for many. 7 yrs back what a crook of chit!

you will still be able to hide anything you don't want people to see. also i'm going to say this is where privacy settings come in handy. you can always choose who gets to see what. and things from 7 years ago (or whenever you joined facebook) have always been there, they're just easier to access now.

i think the media is just trying to stir up negativity about the change, but all in all i think it makes the profile look SO much better and easier to look at.

I agree Ash. I actually think the timeline is very cool and not sure why people are complaining! ​

People complain because they don't like change or new things. Remember when Facebook did their big change a while back. Most people hated it and now that people got used to it I have not heard many complaints :snwman

Very true!! People are creatures of habit and just cant stand change! ​
