The reloadable Netspend works a lot of places. My bank debit card will work but only at Intertops Casino. So I play there a lot, good thing it is an awesome casino, lol

Thanks Judy. My NS stopped working awhile back. So don't think that is an option anymore. And my bank debit cards don't work either. So guess I'm out of luck, lol. Back to bingo I guess, lol.

Same thing happened to me and it meant that I didn't need to use Express anymore. Go back to Inet and use your NS card the regular way, no Express. It usually works for $20 deposits. Good luck!
