Yeah, I played it and it was kind of hard to know what were winners and what were not. Also, the payouts were not real good either.igor

When I was playing this game and I got 3 symbols (2 on a horizontal line and the third on the 3rd reel one line underneath, it only paid out 2, whilst I expected it to pay out all three... hope this helps.

Precious I've had an account there awhile, but not been a big depositor. They are a really super place to play. They answer email questions within minutes, they've bent over backwards to help me and then gave me an unexpected gift of a $50 chip. Let me just briefly return to the topic mentioned few posts back and hopefully offer an explanation ---

While Pyramid Plunder is a slot machine featuring 25 paylines, some winning combos may easily result in wins on several pay lines at the same time.

Though the animations are not flashing all at once, but picking up one pay line after another. So while Mouche12 may only got two of the symbols flashing at the moment, I am sure the second after would the other winning pay line get all lightened up.

But should this cause further problems, we might decide to start showing all winning pay lines altogether. What do you think?

Moreover, Precious, either post or PM me your Win A Day Casino account id and I will see what I can do. Plus hopefully this would help you get a better mood too!
