Get away with us this month as we touch down at the southernmost tip of South Africa, in the idyllic coastal city of Cape Town. No round the world journey is complete without some fun in the sun and of course a few, as the locals say, lekker (fantastic) promotions!

Attracting many competitors from around the world, this popular mountain bike race contains some of the most challenging climbs through some of the most beautiful countryside – all 966 kilometres of it.

Freedom Day
A celebration of the long and difficult road to achieve democracy and transformation, Freedom Day honours South Africa’s first free and fair non-racial elections.
