Please could some body help me.my old computer XP cracht,so hubby got me new 1.its got windows 7 (still learing it)i have problems downloding casino.s RTG,it gets so fahr and then it quits.it gets as fahr as to windows installer and then it says: This installation package could not opendVerify that the Package exists and that you can access it or contact the application vendorto verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package. dident have this problem with my xp. i have tryed it manny times to download but no luck.is there anything i can do,any thing i got to unchek or chek to get this goingto work.this gehts so frustrating.please if any body could help me with this.Thanks.Precious

I bet its your anti-virus software blocking the downloads. I had that happen to me with Norton Security. Try shutting it off temporarily then download the casino and see what happens. ​

thank you CareyG.i had norton,took it all out it would not let me do anything so i took it outand went back to my Avast i had befor.but i will try it and disable it and then try to download.Thanks agan.Precious

I have no idea what in the world it could be! Have you tried emailing the casino? Maybe they know a way around this?

yes i did e-maild the casino
the did told me to change username in control pannel
did fallow the directions ,no good,same thing.

This is so strange Precious, the only thing it would be is a virus protection or security protection of some kind. You need to find out whats running at startup and shut it down.

I had the same problem when I got my new laptop. And I just took the anti-virus completely off and put Avast on, because I only use that. After I restarted computer after I did all that it worked. So I don't know what else it could be either. Try to restart again and see if that helps.
