I made 2 x $1000 withdrawal last summer...and havent played there until this month...have made 10 deposits even got free tokens and 75% deposit bonus so Im not bonus banned or so...so I win $1500 ysterday(ofcoarse on the Switch in Time slot)...but can only make one $500 withdrawal to NETEELER...thats my limit / week...the manager send me this email:


Hi *****,

We have currently set the withdrawal limits down due to a high volume of cash outs. This is to ensure everyone gets paid on time.

We allowed you to make two $500 withdrawals this week. You will be able to request another one next week.

Thank you for your understanding.

How can a person called a manager live with themself after sendign an explanation like that??

How can Rival allow douchebags like Pascal ruin the good(?) name of Rival and their awesome games?? Is it any way to have this guy removed from the casino business? Any contact at Rival that can talk some sense to this manager or just get rid of him?

That is totally unacceptable! I don't even have a contact here anymore since we dropped this brand as a recommend casino.
Ceks it sounds to me like they are not very well funded here I would try to avoid them and also go pitch a bitch at Casino Meister against these jerks!

There are only a very few Rivals we even support these days.

Ive always bee na fan of Superior Casino when I indeed have made many withdrawal logn time back and I was a high level VIP earning tonnes of loyalty points, fully cashable and they have never made me dissapointed until last summer after my two withdrawal...I lost all status, became a low life valued player and banned from any bonus and only 1 cent max line bet on all slots...I was invited back this year and I gave them another chance...I even got my line bet limit raised to 0,05 cent (yee thanks!) but forgot to check the max withdrawal limit..was $500 whcih I found out when I finally won.

Cant go to the Meister cause I went ballistic there once and got banned... LOL But I rather stick to honest casino so I no longer have any problems...at least ihave a total of $1000 incomign from Sup. now and then Im out for good...I still play at Slots Capital, very good casino and there is the withdrawal limit $5000 in the cashier but I dont think the process so much anyway if I remeber right but still I can save a big amount after flushing...they also pay sometimes within 24 hours. Im bonus banned there because of all withdrawal whic hI can understand but still they treat me with respect and let me withdraw(!?!)...

I think this Steven Vaughn is at Slots Capital now..before he was host at Superior but maybe thats not a real name either...I cant udnerstand how Rival allow douchebag trashing their brand like this..someone must have the power to fire managers like this or cancel their licence or something... I remeber me and people got furius about issues like thuis 10 years ago when Rival was new, cant understand this limits still are being used..teh live support guy I talked with at first though this was a tech problem and said everyhting with my account looked good but he had not acces to rasie any limits(ofcoarse) eventhough he tried...

I love Rival slots...but Im scared to death to win big at a Rival...dont think Rival themself support hosts like this Pascal!

I remember going through the same thing a few years ago when I won at a Rival. They would only allow $500 per week and I had won close to 3k I think, I was furious!! I dont blame you at all for being pissed off Ceks and to no longer want to play there!

That forum dont impress me much at all, too big and Ive read many posts where a person with some problem getting bullied and taken for a liar and so on..and the moderator or whatever they are who are online 25 hours a day and comments each and every post only care about how the post are written and counting how many rules that post breaks, not care what it is about...once I reffered to what some well known member here had said on this forum and ofcoarse that members was lying according to them and totally trashing this forum(and probably all others too) credability...they dont believe anyone except a tight inner circle over there...and its totally censored...North Korea is more open than that forum.. Havnt even been there once for a whole year...liked to look at winnign screenshots but most are only shown when logged in and when Im banned(why I dont remember) I cant even log in...still I get spam mails from him too...
I know I know more than most kids over there so I dont need any crap from them...I can help myself if I get any problem mostly and over the years Ive learned which casinos to avoid....this Superior Casino is not a big deal...they atleast pay but the new manager is sadly a big douche, a big nobody... Will be gone for 2 weeks now but when I come home Ill close my account permanently there and hopefully been paid long time ago. Slots Capital will be my one and only Rival after that...
