Does anyone accept Express Pay now

I'm looking for a way to fund with my PayPal card.

I use PP all the time I just use the CC option and it goes right on through every time. I think they adjust it to look like something else then it goes through.

I have used my PayPal at the Club World Group, I do not think the Express Payment is available any longer.
