Dissapointed in Jackpot Capital

I am a gold member at Jackpot Capital. I most often play without a bonus. Today they sent me a vip coupon for 80%. I decided to use it. It has always been a 20 times wagering. When I checked my wagering req's it was 30 times. I talked to live support and they said it's 30 times. I am sure, it has ALWAYS been 20 times.

Well, just wanted to vent!! I may switch casinos for a while.

I just called the toll free. I was told that management chaged the rules. So much for being a gold vip!!

oh I'm sorry - I wouldn't have checked that either, we get used to the t+C of certain places... but jumping from 20 to 30x is a pretty big leap...
