So I seen a doc today about my allergies because I keep having bad fits & he mentioned I needed to stop sleeping with a fan because that is just stirring dust in the air, I cannot sleep if I am hot & I am having night sweats as of
late so I am looking at a cooling pillow he was telling me about.. Has anyone tried one & if so what is your review?

This is just the cheap version of course there are many to choose from also they have comforters ..

That one looks good. I bought one of the ones they advertise on TV and it was crap. Yeah, it's cool when you first lay your head down, but it heats up and stays that way.

Check out the reviews too, and try Yahoo answers. Good luck! hotair

I cannot sleep without an AC on or a fan. I got too used to the noise! I also have a lot of hot sweats at night and need to be cool!! I dont think those cooling pillows really work though!

Well I would point my fan to a wall because I need that sound to sleep! I have an app on my phone I need to have on when I fly over seas that sounds like a fan,
if I take the right sleeping pill & a glass of wine I sleep like a baby on the
plane... haha

I read so many reviews on this pillow and it seems most have given it to the dog to sleep on for the warmth it it gives off! I am still on the search for the perfect cooling sleep device!
I do have microfiber sheets that really help a lot if you have the sweat issue like I have when sleeping microfiber is the way to go!

I never thought to look for an app on my phone, I always take a little fan with
me whenever I leave home.

Thanks Vixen, I'm going to search for it now, lol

I found the app, I wasnt impressed with it at all, pretty sure its not
going to work for me either Carey.
I dont need the fan to blow right at me, I need it more for the noise

Sadly that is the only way I could afford to buy one also. My mattresses are only a few years old though so they are still in nice shape.
