slow or no response form Cocoa Casino? I e-mailed support on Nov 13th requesting a referral for use-my-wallet and never did get a response from them. Since then I signed up with ewalletexpress and have deposited.
I cashed out $200.00 on Friday and faxed my paperwork early yesterday morning. Since I got no confirmation of reciept of that paperwork, I logged into live help. I know you guys say this is a great casino and they could have been just having a bad day, but, I felt like I was a real bother to the lady I was chatting with. I requested an e-mail saying my fax was recieved and readable but I have yet to recieve that either.
Is this "normal" customer service for them?
