You can't blame the casino for this one hon. I have two email accounts I use all the time. I only have one registered with ClubWorld. (I have had an account there a long time) I have received numerous of these scam emails in both of my email accounts.

Im not saying it is infact 100% their fault but cmonobviously they have either 1.Let down there guards on security parctices mainly privacy.2.someone within their network did a big no no.I mean if you really ponder on the issue ,this is your email and private info in which you thought was going to be secure in there hands.Obviouslu whomever is resposnsibele for the emails,isnt just making up the email adresses,they have exclusive access to the sites client lists and emails.Im not trying to disrespect the prior post at all,I guess I just see privacy as my top priority,I mean per say if someone did click the link or somehow these fools got access to ALL your info,I guarantee youd be fighting with banks and creditors all day long.

Okay, then explain how if the spammers got the list from Club World and I only have one email registered with Club World (one of my email is with my ISP and the other is a Yahoo email) how did they get my other email address off of Club Worlds list. It is not on Club Worlds list. Do you see what I am saying?

Also I occasionally get emails from banks saying I need to change my password or something at such and such bank. Now, if I actually have an account at that bank I would think they got my info from that bank. However I have only one bank account at one bank and I get like five or six banks they are saying I need to change my info, lol. That is why it is called phishing. They got a list somewhere (probably all us suckers way back when signed up at a rogue casino that sold their lists) and just send out to every email hoping they hit on a sucker that really does have an account at Club World and is naive enough to click their links. Does that help you understand better?

Judy is right.I recieved several of those emails in 3 of my email accounts.. And my daughter,who DOES NOT have an account with Club World,recieved 6 of them.

I've had the emails about the banks I don't have accounts at and the ones that say I may have had someone try to use my Paypal.

It's an everyday thing.I just forward them when possible and delete the rest.

No Jeff, not at all hon. I was only trying to point out that a spammer does not necessarily get your info from a certain source. I just don't want you thinking that a respected casino that has been around for a long time, has sold your email or let it get out.
