That's funny, I spend $1000 of dollars at this casino and I never once cashed out, I ask them if they are offering this bonus and they said, There was no such offer nor coupon. Another casino that loses my business. But for some reason i think this is some sort of plug for this casino, Oh well what do i know?

Sorry for what? They sent me an e-mail and gave me a vip bonus, Not really going to say what the amount was for but it really doesn't matter, I will say that I'm no longer going to be closing my account, Great customer service and to be honest i figured they would just close my account and not even send any type of response like most of these casinos do. I'm just glad that they understand what's important "The players".

If you read the post she did not say it was an offer. SHe stated she asked for a free chip and was given one.Sometimes the casino will do this for you if you havent made a deposit in awhile to try to get your business back.

Sometimes free chips, bonuses, etc. are at the sole discretion of the casino .... sometimes there is no rhyme or reason as to why or how they choose to comp their players .... sometimes it's just a random thing!
