Ok now I am po'd. I cashed out on free chip from Club World (Manhattan Slots) 2 weeks ago. Sent in my doc's and picture of my NS card and license. They accepted my doc's but refused the picture of my card and license because it was poor quality. I copied 2 more times and they are still denying it saying that I have to send a colored copy or take a picture. Holy cow never had this problem with any other casino ever!!!!. My NS card is silver glittery and my license has no color accept my picture and the name of my state. Making a colored copy is not going to help and taking a picture is just insane. I will admit that the NS card is a little hard to see but if you enlarge it you can see it Not real happy with this group right now.

The way the regulations are with US players, they have to be extra careful. I know it sounds strange but do as they say. I remember I had to send in quite a few copies before I was finally approved.

Wow, similar experience. I sent documents 4 times, trying to get a cashout from a free chip, too. I guess I have never cashed out from a Club World casino before. They wanted a color scan of the back of my credit card. I sent it although there is no color on the back of that card. I'm still waiting, being patient. Hope for word by Monday. Did you ever hear from the cashier department, because I never did. I just kept checking with live chat who would tell me what I needed. If I had never contacted them, I would just be sitting here wondering.

No no-one contacted me to let me know my copies were rejected and that was after I E-mailed them on 3 different occasions. On Saturday I scanned over back and front copies of both my card and license in color. I can't do anymore that that except for actually sending them my cards, not like I would do that. I guess my real beef is the copies I sent them are the exact copies I sent numerous casinos and not once were they rejected. I was going to have my withdrawl sent to the bank ACH but I guess I will now have to wait another 5 days until that happens. I know I might sound un- grateful winning off a free chip but this is just getting old now.

I have never had trouble getting my funds from any club world casino, but I know the feeling of waiting. The big thing is no customer service as far as no e-mail correspondence...... That drives me crazy. Never a reply, never.

That is my main complaint with CWC.

This also happened to me on my 1st cashout as well a while back. I too had used the same pics that i had used at and had approved by other quality casinos. I will say however with Club World after the finally were approved, they have been pretty good by processing my withdrawals and i would receive a check within 3-5 days.

Doc's approved... withdrawl still pending. I know I sounded negative in my last couple of posts...mostly out of frustration and for that I am sorry. I still think highly of this group and still plan on playing here but I will say they still need to step it up as far as communication goes. Although I never have problems getting ahold of Live Chat the information they have access to as far as banking/cashier is very limited and the cashier department has yet to get back to me on the 5 E-mails that I have sent them in the last 2 weeks. Others have also posted their frustrations regarding the E-mails also.

A picture of he** freezing over that I will get an E-mail from them LOL

We completely understand your frustration lkvikings as we get frustrated too with regards to cashouts believe me! Glad your docs were finally approved, it shouldnt be long now!! :think

Just letting everyone know that my withdrawl still has not hit my card. Getting a little impatient. They Ok'd doc's on Monday, removed my withdrawl on Tuesday and tomorrow will be Friday so hopefully they process it tomorrow because we run into the weekend and a holiday on Monday. I have spoken to Live Chat everyday since Tuesday and they keep saying it won't be long. I was originally told it takes 2 days but that is not correct. I will let you know tomorrow where things stand.

Well, i've been waiting on a win with Allstar Slots on a free chip i got from them on Xmas! took them 2 weeks to process it, but its finally processed. I was told because of the holidays and not working on the weekends, that their processors were really behind. I'm not happy about waiting as long as i have, but know i'll get my money soon, the Club World Group has never given me a reason to think otherwisse. Hope your money hits today for you! :)HG

Well, I am still waiting. Today I was told they still need color scans, color scans that I have already sent several times. Nothing will happen now as it is the weekend again and my computer is broke. Oh well.
